Welcome to Stay Rooted Holistic Studio, a holistic spa with an energetic touch!

My name is Zoey Richmond, and I am the owner and main practitioner of the studio!

My main focus is to instill complete clarity & relaxation not only within the physical body, but the emotional and energetic systems as well. I began my journey in this field in 2018. As a licensed esthetician and licensed massage therapist, I strive to bring holistic health and wellness to my clients. I am a Reiki Master and Advanced Polarity Therapist - currently working towards my bachelors degree in psychology with a double minor in health education and addiction counseling. I believe that the entire body must be treated as a whole, not just a variety of parts.

I opened up the spa in March of 2023, with hopes that the Oxford community and surrounding areas would find a need for holistic healing. Lo and behold, the want and need has been tremendous!
